Last year, we were honoured to be celebrated at an ETSY sustainable sellers’ event in London. It was an incredible event where we met lots of media, amazing Etsy staff and incredible sellers. It was there that I met Elisa, the most amazing mama with an award-winning business (VEGAN BUNNY) who makes candles that you can’t stop smelling. We clicked instantly over a mutual love of all things handmade, and a shared tiredness that comes from parenting while running a small business. She has been kind enough to share some of her journey with us. Read on to find out more about this inspiring mama and incredible woman in business.
Tell us, what does your business do?
What inspired you to start your business? And what keeps you going?
The impact that my household and beauty products would have on my baby’s health were the motor to start making my own candles and healthcare products.
What did you do before you did this awesome job?
I have two master degrees in business management and digital marketing, before I was a freelancer professional on the field.
What do you love most about what you do?
Doing a product that’s is actually ethical and not working promoting other brands that aren’t aligned with my values.
Where are you based? Where can people find you in person?
