This is probably the most exciting thing to happen in 2018: a brand new FEEL GOOD FAIR focused on zero-waste, handmade, vegan, ethically-traded and sustainably-sourced/made products in Essex.
It’s taking place at Honywood School C061PZ on Sunday the 14th of January from 10-2pm and already has some great names signed up to exhibit. Here’s what you can expect:
We already have some great names on board. Jen and Rob Dunn from the Den are probably the most influential with 4000 facebook followers along with 2000 followers on their “Vegan Colchester” page. We have a quirky bar called “The Carabar” to encourage visitors to spend more time with us. There is a Zero Waste stall selling cupboard essentials without the packaging, organic fruit & veg, baked goods courtesy of Cradle. January is Zero Waste month and the council are teaching about composting and we have a station where people can design their own Keep-cups.
This fair is really exciting. It’s not just about selling and trading; it’s about learning, sharing and educating too. Each month will have a different theme with talks and teaching lined up for the day to give you a great idea of what you can do to make a positive difference at home.
January’s theme is ZERO WASTE. We can’t wait to see you there!
